Join us in friendly Hyattville, WY for our 22nd Annual Cowboy Carnival on Sunday, May 24, during Memorial Day Weekend fun for the whole family, 5K Fun Run/Walk and Kids K, Quilt Show, Sheep Dog Trials, Kids Events, Photo Contest, Pie Contest, Shooting Contest, Live Auction, and a home-cooked BBQ Lunch! Funds raised from this event support our Community Center operating and maintenance expenses for the following calendar year.

We are happily at the end of the road---if you are here you either planned well, or you're very, very lost! Situated just above the confluence of Paintrock and Medicine Lodge Creeks, we live and work in one of Wyoming's most beautiful places.

The 5K course is out and back on improved gravel roads. Youll start in town at the Community Center then head east towards the Bighorn Mountains on a scenic ranch road winding through the trees along the Paintrock Creek. At the top of the ridge youll take in an awesome view of the valley then just past the corrals turn and head back to town for the finish.

The Kids K begins at the Community Center and makes a loop around town on gravel roads.

Schedule:

8:45 - 9:45 a.m. Race Packet Pickup and Registration

10:00 a.m. 5K Race Starts
10:45 a.m. 5K Awards
11:00 a.m. Kids 1 K

Start and Finish Hyattville, WY Community Center
Race Packet Pickup will be at the Start/Finish area

Entry Fee:

5K $30 + SignUp Fee ($35 morning of race)
Kids 1K Free (for ages 113), $20 + SignUp Fee with tee shirt ($25 morning of the race)

Please Note: Our Main Gate opens at 8:30 and admission is $15 for adults, $5 for kids 12 and under, or $35 for one immediate family. The gate fee includes a delicious BBQ lunch, entertainment, the rewards of our famous Pie Contest.
