UPDATES FOR 2025
This year we are moving the 5k/10k to Centennial for a wider and less busy trail. The gathering place for pre and post run will be located at 6395 S Clarkson Street, adjacent to Milliken Park, on August 23rd from 8am-11am.
The route will follow the Highland Canal beginning at Clarkson St going north to Orchard.
Funds raised through this event will go to fund our students in higher education programs OR to our new Tech Fund. As our children progress in their education the costs associated increase. We use both of these funds to help offset the cost throughout the year. With our new "Tech Fund" we will be able to assist in the purchasing of computers for students as the needs present themselves.
True Impact and our staff and patterns in Uganda work to support these children in gaining the best education possible.
All proceeds from this event support ongoing educational needs.
