DESCRIPTION

* Join the Seashore Striders for one of the oldest 5k races in "the national Summer Capital" Rehoboth Beach. The 36th Fathers Day 5k Run. The 4th event in the popular Seashore Strider Championship Series, this year's 36th Fathers Day 5k will be held "live" only. The Fathers Day 5k is a great event raising money every year for the Seashore Strider Youth Cross Country Team...The Future!. Come join the Seashore Striders on their starting line. We look forward to being your host along with the popular Tiki Jacs

$30.00 "Early Bird" Registration...through May 31st th at midnight
$35.00 "Pre" Registration...June 1st through June 19th at midnight
$40.00 "Last Chance" Race-Day Registration at 12:00 am and will close at 7:50 am

RACE COURSE

The Inaugural CPL./1 Matthew "Ty" Snook Memorial 5k is a flat & fast course out & back course from Market St in Lewes using Cedar Avenue turning around between the Children's Beach House and the Lewes Yacht Club.




RACE TIMING

* Timing will be done by the Seashore Strider Event Production team and will be using the Chronotrack B Chip system.




RACE AMENITIES

* Finish line produced by Seashore Strider Event Production, Inc., Post-Race awards ceremony at Irish Eyes following the final finisher, custom printed t's, custom awards and a great post-race celebration at Irish Eyes.





AWARDS

* Awards will be presented to the Overall Male & Female Champions, Overall Male & Female Masters (40+ yrs.), as well as the top three (3) Male & Female finishers in the following 10 age categories:

* 9 & under, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
* Awards will be presented within 20 minutes following the final runner crossing the finish
* ** Special Ty Snook Memorial Award to the 1st Male & Female Current DSP Finisher.
* If you miss the awards ceremony you may pick up locally in Lewes at 9 Gander Lane, Lewes or if you are out of town, your award will be shipped to you for a cost of $10 to cover postage. We do take Venmo.





REFUNDS/DEFERRAL

The Seashore Striders have a "No Refund" policy, however we make every possible attempt to please our client with the following options: 1. Transfer to a future Seashore Strider owned event of equal value before the end of the current year. 2. Donate your entry fee to the charity associated with the event or to the Seashore Strider Youth Running program. 3. Transfer/Defer to the following year at the same event. Thank You for your cooperation & understanding as some situations are beyond the control of the Seashore Striders.
