By participating in this unique race, you’ll be helping to provide food on weekends for elementary school children in need across the Midwest. With registration fees starting at just $25 for students and $50 for adults, there’s a spot for everyone, including families of up to five for $170. Those who register by October 3 will receive their exclusive event t-shirt before the race, while later registrants will have theirs shipped afterward. Gather your friends, form a team, and make a difference while enjoying a fun and fulfilling activity during this special week!

THE BLESSINGS IN A BACKPACK MIDWEST REGION PRESENTS THE INAUGURAL "DO IT YOURSELF" 5K WALK/RUN!
Blessings in a Backpack mobilizes communities, individuals, and resources to provide food on the weekends for elementary school children across America who might otherwise go hungry. Blessings Midwest Region currently feeds x,000 kids each weekend, however, there are over xxx,000 food-insecure kids throughout the Midwest.
The race is a Do It Yourself 5k run/walk done on your own time, at your own pace, and in your own place. You can participate any time between Saturday, November 1, and Sunday, November 9. THOSE WHO REGISTERED BY OCTOBER 3 WILL RECEIVE THEIR T-SHIRT PRIOR TO THE RACE. WE WILL SHIP SHIRTS AFTER THE RACE TO EVERYONE WHO REGISTERS AFTER OCTOBER 3.
Registration prices:
* $25 for student (under 23)
* $50 for adult (23 and over)
* $170 for a family (up to five people in the same household)*
