Get ready for an inspiring day of community spirit and active fun at the ISF Exceptional Race 5K Run/Walk and Kids Fun Run on Saturday, November 8, 2025! Set in the picturesque surroundings of Common Ground in Sayville, NY, this event features a flat and fast 5K course that winds through the scenic South Sayville area, making it perfect for runners of all levels. Race day kicks off with check-in at 7:30 A.M., followed by the exciting Kids Fun Run at 8:30 A.M., and the main 5K race starting at 9:00 A.M.
Participants can look forward to awards for the top male and female finishers, along with medals for the top finishers in all age categories, and every child in the Fun Run will receive a medal too! The entry fee for the 5K is just $30 if you pre-register online, and it’s free for kids participating in the Fun Run. Plus, don’t forget to pick up your long sleeve Dri-FIT shirt by registering online by October 29. This charitable event supports ISF, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing sports instruction and training for children and young adults with special needs
