Get ready for an exhilarating day at the ISLANDMAN TRIATHLON on Saturday, June 28, 2025, in the beautiful Avalon, Cape May! This exciting event features a thrilling 1/4 mile ocean swim, a scenic 12-mile bike ride along closed streets, and a refreshing 5K beach run, perfect for both seasoned athletes and beginners.
While registration is currently sold out, participants can look forward to a fantastic race day experience, with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Each athlete will receive an impressive gear bag filled with unique swag, including a custom swim cap, a comfy Tultex T-shirt, and custom socks, among other goodies. This year marks the 19th anniversary of the ISLANDMAN TRIATHLON, celebrating community spirit and charity. Pack pickup is available on June 27 from 5-7 PM and on race day from 5:30-6:45 AM at Avalon Community Hall. Join us this summer for a day of fun, fitness, and making a difference!
