Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the exciting Ithaca 5&10 5K & 10K Road Races taking place on Sunday, September 8, 2024, in the beautiful Ithaca, Tompkins area! This family-friendly event features a flat and fast loop course through the picturesque Fall Creek neighborhood, beginning and ending at Ithaca High School. Participants can choose between a 5K or 10K race, with the latter being the prestigious RRCA New York State Championship Race.
In addition to the main races, there’s a free 1-mile Fun Run for kids, making this event perfect for runners of all ages. Pre-registration is just $25, and late registration is available for $45, with discounts for FLRC members and free registration for runners 18 and under. Organiser's Description
This family-friendly event includes 5K and 10K races plus a free 1-mile Fun Run for kids. The course is a flat, fast loop through the Fall Creek neighborhood, starting and finishing at Ithaca High School. Run one loop for 5K; repeat for 10K! The race is chip-timed by Leone Timing. The 10K has also been chosen as the RRCA New York State Championship Race.
$25 for pre-registration, $45 for late registration. FLRC members may deduct $5 when pre-registering. No discounts for late registration! Runners 18 and under may pre-register for free or register late for $10. The Fun Run is free, but all runners must still register.
Classic cotton long-sleeved Ithaca 5&10 shirts are available during registration for $15.
