Join us for the 10th Annual Jamaco River Run on Saturday, June 20, 2026, in the charming town of Merrimac, Essex! This exciting event promises a fun-filled day for the whole family, featuring a Kid's Fun Run, a USATF certified and sanctioned 5K road race, and a vibrant post-race celebration. The festivities kick off at 8 AM with registration and bib pickup at Waterhouse Field (74 E. Main St, Merrimac, MA), followed by the Kid's Fun Run at 9 AM and the 5K walk/run at 10 AM.
Don’t miss out on the chance to enjoy live music, indulge in delicious burgers and hot dogs, and sip refreshing craft beers in our beer tent. Participants will also have the opportunity to win exciting prizes in our raffle and recognize outstanding runners during the award ceremony. The first 200 registrants will receive a custom commemorative t-shirt and a complimentary beer for those aged 21 and over. Organiser's Description
The 10TH ANNUAL JAMACO RIVER RUN and Post-Race celebration will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026. This is a fun, family-friendly day complete with a Kid's Fun Run, a USATF certified & sanctioned 5K road race, and a post-race event with music, a craft beer tent, burgers and dogs, activities for the kids, award ceremony and an amazing prize raffle. Registration & Bib Pickup will begin at 8am at Waterhouse Field (74 E. Main St, Merrimac, MA). Free parking is available on site. The Kids Fun Run kicks off at 9am followed by the 5K walk/run at 10am. The first 200 registrants receive a custom commemorative t-shirt, and a free beer (21+).
