This year, the festival has moved to the vibrant Lamar Dixon Expo Center, located at 9039 S. St. Landry Ave., Gonzales, LA, where participants can enjoy a festive atmosphere filled with music, cooking, and of course, delicious jambalaya at the after-party! All entrants will receive a free t-shirt, but be sure to register by May 15 to guarantee yours. Whether you’re running solo or teaming up with friends, awards will be given for top finishers in various age categories, making it a competitive yet friendly environment. EVENT DETAILS:
ENTRANTS WILL RECEIVE A FREE T-SHIRT AND FREE JAMBALAYA AT THE AFTER PARTY RUN AND AFTER PARTY IS THROUGH THE GROUNDS OF THE LAMAR DIXON EXPO CENTER MUSIC, COOKING, PARTY ATMOSPHERE - THIS IS A FLAT, FAST COURSE!
5K TEAMS WILL CONSIST OF 3 TEAM MEMBERS. THE CAPTAIN WILL CREATE THE TEAM NAME AND THE MEMBERS WILL JOIN THE TEAM.
