July 7- July 10 (Overnight Running Camp in beautiful Brooklyn, MI.)
WELCOME TO ALL MIDDLE SCHOOL HIGH SCHOOL RUNNERS- co-ed training camp.
We provide the optimal training experience in the summer. The participants and location have always made Sauk Valley what it is – the best camp for anyone who wants to be pushed to excellence on and off the course.
Meet all of your running goals by attending Sauk Valley/Jazz Running Camp
If you want to be better you need to do the extras and we’ll teach you the extras. It will then be up to you to make the difference.
Remember – Practice doesn’t make perfect but Perfect practice makes perfect. You need to train smarter – not always harder.
We’re here to help individuals become smarter, stronger, more competitive and more importantly faster, regardless of ability level. Come experience Katie’s core/mobility workouts. Come run with the best in the state. Come learn the importance of dynamic/active stretching. Come laugh and run with Coach Bob.
Previous runners who attended this camp – national champions (high school college), All-Americans(High school college), Multiple Individual Team State Champions, Numerous All-State Runners from all divisions and various states.
MORE IMPORTANTLY – runners who just wanted to be the best they could be and have fun doing it!!!

Indoor Track Athlete of the Year for the University of Michigan, FEMALE ATHLETE OF THE YEAR AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN. Bob Ufer Award Winner. Multiple Time/Sport All-State Athlete.
