Taking place in the scenic setting of Kent, King, this exciting race invites participants of all ages to enjoy a certified and chip-timed course that winds along the beautiful Green River Trail. The race kicks off at 9:00 A.M., with registration starting at 7:30 A.M.
This year, runners aged 60 and over can participate for FREE, thanks to the generous support from Long Painting! Runners can choose between a shirted option for $35 or a no-shirt entry for just $20. Don’t forget to pick up your race packet early on July 10 at RoadRunner Sports in Kent Station. After the race, join us for an awards ceremony celebrating the top finishers in each age group and the overall champions, approximately 20 minutes after the race concludes. Mark your calendar for this fantastic event that combines health, competition, and community spirit!

PARTICIPANTS 60 AND OVER RUN FOR FREE COURTESY OF LONG PAINTING
The 2025 race will still start and stop at Three Friends Fishing Hole and head north along the Green River Trail. We're going north around Briscoe Park and briefly into Tukwila and head back home. The course is certified and chip timed by Bell Lap Productions (Formerly BuDu Racing). Parking is located Columbia Distributing.
Awards will go to the top 5 places in each age group and overall winners. Awards ceremony to take place approximately 20 minutes after the first person has crossed the finish line.
