Join us for the 40th Annual Kiowa Labor Day 5K on Monday, September 1, 2025, in the charming town of Kiowa, Barber. This exciting event celebrates a beloved local tradition, featuring a certified 5K race on a flat, paved loop course that promises to be both fun and competitive. With online registration and a virtual 5K option, participants can easily join in on the festivities.
Not only can runners of all ages participate, but kids aged 6 and under are invited to join the Kids Kuarter at no cost right after the completion of the 5K. The race will be well-supported with split times at miles 1 and 2, a water stop mid-race, as well as cold water and Gatorade waiting for you at the finish line. Trophies will be awarded in various categories, including overall and masters divisions, ensuring that everyone has a chance to shine. Don’t miss the pre-registered packet pick-up on August 30th at Grace Bible Fellowship. Get ready to lace up your running shoes and be part of this vibrant community celebration!

OUR COURSE IS A FLAT LOOP ON PAVED STREETS. IT IS WELL-MARKED WITH SPLIT TIMES GIVEN AT MILES 1 & 2. THIS COURSE IS USATF CERTIFIED - #94031BG. THERE IS A WATER STOP MID-RACE, AS WELL AS COLD WATER AND GATORADE AT THE FINISH LINE. RESTROOM FACILITIES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE FINISH LINE.
