This beloved local tradition invites participants of all ages to enjoy a fun-filled day of fitness and community spirit. The event features a well-marked, USATF certified 5K course that meanders through flat, paved streets, making it perfect for runners of all levels.
For the little ones, there's a fantastic opportunity to join in the fun with the Kids Kuarter race for children aged 6 and under, all at no cost! Runners will be well-supported along the route with a water stop mid-race, and upon crossing the finish line, everyone can enjoy cold water and Gatorade. Trophies will be awarded to top finishers across various age categories, making this a competitive yet friendly event. Don’t miss out on pre-registered packet pick-up on Saturday, September 5th, from 10 AM to 12 PM at Grace Bible Fellowship. Join us for a day of health, happiness, and community camaraderie!

WELCOME TO THE 41ST ANNUAL KIOWA LABOR DAY 5K! THIS YEAR WE ARE EXCITED TO PROVIDE THE SAME FAMILIAR 5K RACE TRADITION, BUT NOW WITH ONLINE REGISTRATION AND A VIRTUAL 5K OPTION!
KIDS 6 AND UNDER MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE KIDS KUARTER CAN PARTICIPATE AT NO COST IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE 5K.
OUR COURSE IS A FLAT LOOP ON PAVED STREETS. IT IS WELL-MARKED WITH SPLIT TIMES GIVEN AT MILES 1 & 2. THIS COURSE IS USATF CERTIFIED - #94031BG. THERE IS A WATER STOP MID-RACE, AS WELL AS COLD WATER AND GATORADE AT THE FINISH LINE. RESTROOM FACILITIES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE FINISH LINE.
