2024 Kirkwood Spring Fling 5K Road Race
Join us for our annual road race through the historic Kirkwood neighborhood of Atlanta. Runners of all ages are welcome to participate in a challenging, yet fast, course through the heart of Kirkwood. You will run along tree lined streets, featuring historic Craftsman and modern style homes, vibrant murals, cheering neighbors, and thriving local business. The 5K will be officially timed by On Time Results and will also qualify you for the 2025 AJC Peachtree Road Race. As with any Atlanta race in the spring, be ready for Heat, Hills, and Humidity!
Awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in each age categories:
Adults with strollers or dogs and will vie for special prizes.
All proceeds benefit the Kirkwood Neighbors Organization, a local 501c3 non-profit dedicated to community improvement
Packet Pickup Locations and Raffle Entry
Join the Kirkwood Spring Fling volunteers at the following locations to pick up your race packet with bib, t shirt and other swag. You must use your bib tag to enter the post-race raffle for a chance to win prizes from some of Kirkwood's most unique businesses. To be eligible for the raffle you must be present at one of the two locations below.
Thursday May 16 at Big Peach 4-6 pm in Decatur. 1565 Church St. Ste. 520 Decatur, GA 30033Friday May 17 at Soberish 4-6 pm in Kirkwood. 1963 Hosea L Williams Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30317
