Organiser's Description
The Lake Frances Triple P (Paddle, Pedal, Pace) is a kayak triathlon which includes kayak (1.5 miles), bike (12 miles), & run (3 miles) legs. It will be held at Lake Frances, Valier, MT and showcase Lake Frances and views of the Rocky Mountain Front.
Competitors may register as an individual or as a 2-3 person team.

Individual competitors will kayak 1.5 miles from the boat ramp around the island, transition to bike and ride an out and back to the east dam, transition to run and complete a 5K course around Lake Road and through town finishing back at the campground. -
Triathlon Relay - 2 Person Team

Two person competitors may break up the kayak/bike/run legs in any configuration. Timing chip will be passed between competitors at each transition.
