Join us for the first annual Lawrence Public Schools 2 Mile Walk/Run on April 18, 2026! For this first year, race participation is limited to USD497 EMPLOYEES ONLY. We hope to expand the offerings in future years!
The race will kick off at 9:00am, location to be announced in the coming weeks. This event is non-competitive (no chip times) and is to celebrate the health and well-being of USD497 staff. There will be fun prizes for staff teams, costumes, and more. After the event, stop by healthy lifestyle vendor booths and participate in prize giveaways. The event is free to register. Staff who register by April 1 will receive a free t-shirt - t-shirts will be available on a limited time basis for registrations received after April 1.
