We are proud to offer four swim clinics for Adult swimmers and triathletes who seek speed, efficiency and confidence in the water.



Prior to the clinic, participants are expected to have basic swim skills, and able to complete 25 yards without stopping, assistance or the use of gear. We recommend that participants are able to complete a swim session of at least 600 yards upon arrival to the clinic.



Two pool clinics will be held on 23 February at the Lenoir City (Claire Donahue) Pool and 30 March at the Green Meadow Country Club in Alcoa, TN _(new date as of 11-February)_. Two open water clinics will be held one each in Lenoir City, TN and downtown Knoxville, TN, on 11 May _(new date as of 04 May)_ and 13 JULY _(new date as of 05 June)_, respectively.



Each clinic stands alone, presenting different relevant content. It is not required to participate in all four, but swimmers will maximize the benefits by attending all. Price discounts are available when you register for two or more sessions.



The Open Water Clinic #3 on 11-May will start promptly at 8:00 am (please arrive by 7:45 am). We'll meet at the beach of the Tellico Dam Recreation Area for Q&A and discussion, followed by the in-water portion around 8:45 am. We expect to finish by 10:00 am.
