The Lebanon Strawberry Run/Walk 5K & 1 MILE is one of the many family events during the Lebanon's Annual Strawberry Festival. The run precedes the Grand Parade and opens a day highlighted by the serving of the "World's Largest Strawberry Shortcake" free to over 15,000 people. Race entry fees will benefit the East Linn Christian Cross Country and Track & Field teams. Both races follow the parade route through town just prior to the 11:00 AM parade. The 5k is a flat, fast out and back. The course will be lined with cheering parade spectators for the entire route.
