Join us for the 3rd Annual Move for Mental Health 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Walk on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at the beautiful Cleveland Metroparks Zoo in Cuyahoga. This uplifting event aims to raise awareness and prevent teen suicide—one step at a time! The day kicks off at 7:30 a.m. with registration and packet pick-up, followed by the chip-timed 5K Run/Walk at 8:30 a.m. and the untimed 1 Mile Walk at 8:45 a.m. Celebrate your achievements at the awards ceremony at 9:30 a.m., where the top runners and fundraising teams will be honored.
Participants can look forward to a day filled with fun, including snacks, music by DJ JT, wellness and health booths, family-friendly activities, and exciting giveaways. All registered participants will receive a commemorative "Move for Mental Health" T-shirt and the chance to explore the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo after the race.
