Join us for the 3rd Annual Move for Mental Health 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at the beautiful Cleveland Metroparks Zoo in Cuyahoga, Ohio! This exciting event aims to raise awareness and prevent teen suicide, encouraging participants to take steps toward mental health and wellness. The day kicks off at 7:30 AM with registration and packet pick-up, followed by the chip-timed 5K Run/Walk at 8:30 AM and a fun untimed 1 Mile Walk at 8:45 AM.
Participants can look forward to a vibrant atmosphere filled with music by DJ JT, a wellness and health fair, family-friendly activities, and a variety of giveaways. Registration fees are $30 for pre-registration until August 7 and increase closer to race day, with a race day fee of $40. All registrants will receive a commemorative t-shirt and have the chance to win awards for the top overall male and female runners, as well as fundraising teams. After the race, stick around to explore the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo for a fun-filled day! Don’t miss out on this uplifting event that combines fitness and community support for mental health awareness.
