Join us for the 3rd Annual LifeAct's Move for Mental Health 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at the beautiful Cleveland Metroparks Zoo in Cuyahoga. This uplifting event aims to raise awareness and prevent teen suicide, bringing the community together for a day of health, wellness, and fun!
The day kicks off with registration and packet pick-up starting at 7:30 AM, followed by the 5K Run/Walk at 8:30 AM and the 1 Mile Walk at 8:45 AM. Participants can enjoy chip-timed results for the 5K, along with an array of activities including music, wellness booths, family fun, and exciting giveaways. Plus, all registered participants will receive a commemorative "Move for Mental Health" T-shirt and have the chance to win awards for top runners and fundraising teams. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to make a difference while enjoying a day at the zoo! Strollers are welcome, and we look forward to seeing you there!
