LifeSpring Pregnancy Centers is a Christian organization dedicated to serving women with no cost and no judgment by providing services and abortion alternatives that empower mothers to choose life and families to thrive. LifeSpring has been committed to this mission for over 40 years. Because of your support, we can continue this life-saving work.
The 5K will be followed by our annual Walk for Life. Both will be held at Yowell Meadow Park.

We encourage you to fundraise in support of the work LifeSpring is doing to serve women and families in our community facing an unexpected pregnancy. Register with RunSignUp for the 5k. RACE DETAILS
_THIS RACE IS OPEN TO EVERYONE! _
The 5K is part of our annual Walk for Life event. We expect most runners to have finished the 5K by the time that the Walk for Life program begins. However, if you have not completed the course by 10:15, keep going and finish on your own time. We invite all 5K participants to stay and join our Walk through town starting at 11:00AM.

Parking is available at Yowell Meadow Park. Additional parking is located across the street from Yowell Meadow off of N Blue Ridge Ave. in the Culpeper County parking lot.
*_Please note that we will close check-in 15 min prior to the start of the race. If you are late for check-in, we will not be able to delay the start of the race. We still welcome you to participate, you might just miss the official start._
COURSE INFO
Participants will begin the course near Pavillion B on the Yowell Meadow Park multi-use path, towards the Gardner Street side of the Park. The course will stay on the paved trail heading out of the Park on the Daughters of the Revolution Nature Trail. Participants will continue on to the connector trail heading towards Lake Pelham until the dam. At that time, participants will reverse course for a short stent until they reach the Yowell Meadow Park multi-use path once again, at which point they will turn right to complete the loop and cross the finish line.
The course will have markers/signs so help direct participants in the correct direction.
