Join the limb loss support network for an educational and family fun filled day! This annual 5k will raise money for Kentwood Parks and Recreation's adaptive programs and provide community, education, and support to amputees, their families, and the community. We are thrilled to provide this exciting event in Kentwood. Registration fee will get you a long sleeve shirt, swag bag, and race entry. This will be a professionally timed race, but all abilities are welcome!

Fun Run

This will be a shortened race around the park for our younger participants or those that don't want to run the full 5k. The fun run race, which is 1-mile in length, includes 3 laps around our park. The fun run will begin at 10:00 a.m. to allow all 5K participants the opportunity to cheer everyone on. -
Resilience Race

The Resilience Race is a one-mile out-and-back option held alongside the 5K, created for participants of all abilities who want to be part of race day and set a personal goal that feels right for them. Starting at the same time as the 5K, participants will follow the course to a designated turnaround point before returning to the finish. This race is all about encouragement, determination, and celebrating every finish.
