Lace up those running shoes and dust off your boogie shoes for the first annual Live Like Jack 5K and 1Mile Kids run followed by a post race dance party and arm wrestling competition.

Why are we doing this?
Just like you our son, Jack, loves to run, jump, dance and play. He was born with a birth defect called bilateral clubfoot which, if left untreated, can impair a child's ability to walk, run, jump and play. Jack also has arthrogryposis and limb differences, which effect his upper extremities and joints.

Treatment for these conditions can be costly so we are raising funds to assist families with the cost of care associated with treatments, travel, therapies and adaptive equipment.

All funds raised through the Live Like Jack 5k will benefit awareness, research, treatment and management of clubfoot and other musculoskeletal conditions and limb differences. We also donate and support adaptive athletes and those with limb differences and musculoskeletal conditions in chasing their dreams of sport and fitness.

We aim to support EVERYONE--including those with disabilities, impairments and differences-- in their journey to run, jump, play and ultimately LIVE like Jack.

We were told when Jack was a baby that he would "never be normal" and we say.... maybe "normal" isn't all it's cracked up to be.
