Event summary
The 48th edition of the LIVE Saunders at Rye Harbor 10K, organized by the New England 65 Plus Runners Club, will take place on Thursday, August 15th, 2024, in Rye, Rockingham. The race will start at 6 pm and is limited to 450 competitors. Runners will tackle a modified course through the town of Rye, NH, starting and finishing on Central Road near the Partners Bank. Cash prizes will be up for grabs, and special T-shirts will be awarded to winners in each age group. After the race, participants can enjoy the traditional post-race party. Organiser's Description
THIS YEAR'S 48TH EDITION OF THE SAUNDERS 10K IS BACK LIVE! The live race will once again be held on the third Thursday in August, (8/15) starting at 6 pm., and will be limited to 450 competitors.
The Live race will be run on a modified version of the original course that winds around and through the town of Rye, NH. The start and finish will be on Central Road near the Partners Bank with the finish and parking across the road in the large field near the turn onto Locke Rd. (Use 220 Central Rd. for GPS location) The race will have cash prizes, AND as in years past, there will be a limited number of special T-shirts that will need to be won in each of the age groups
THE SAUNDERS 10K IS ENDORSED BY THE NEW ENGLAND 65 PLUS RUNNERS CLUB
Post-race, we will celebrate with the traditional party.
