We believe health is for everybody and want to remove barriers for people to feel the pride of accomplishing a 5k. Seasoned runners or complete novices are all welcome!

Run our event anywhere in the world! We know youre busy, but you know a good cause when you see one. So even if you cant join us on race day wed love for you to be part of the fun! Many of the people we serve at Systems Unlimited work hard towards the goal of accomplishing a 5K for months leading up to the event, but cant always get here the day of the race and we wanted to open the opportunity to the community as well! We encourage you to blow some bubbles while you are at it, wear a jingling necklace, or light up shoes and send pictures of yourself also enjoying something that stimulates the senses in the spirit of our sensory stations!
