The event kicks off at 10:00 AM at Terry Trueblood, Shelter 2, where participants will gather to celebrate health and community spirit. Don’t worry if you can’t make it on race day—there’s also a virtual option available for those who wish to complete the 5K at their own pace between October 11th and October 18th. Make sure to register soon as all event materials are first come, first served! Join us in making a positive impact while enjoying a day of exercise and camaraderie!

Calling all friends, runners and walkers! It is time to lace up those shoes and join us for our Live Your Best Life 5k run/1 mile walk!
_Live Your Best Life_ _5k _supports people served by Systems Unlimited. Systems has been serving people living with disabilities and mental health needs for over 50 years throughout Eastern Iowa. We believe health is for everybody and want to remove barriers for people to feel the pride of accomplishing a 5k. Seasoned runners or complete novices are all welcome!

Interested in the event, but not available the day of the event or need more than one day to complete the 5k distance, don't worry! You can participate in our 5k virtually and enter your times between October 11th - October 18th.
