Join us for the exciting Luau 1M, 5K, 10K, 15K, & Half Marathon taking place on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at beautiful Millennium Park in Danville, KY! This family-friendly event not only promises a day filled with fun and fitness but also supports a great cause, as a portion of every runner's registration fee will be donated to the American Red Cross. With race distances suitable for everyone—from a 1-mile fun run to a challenging half marathon—there’s something for every level of runner.
The races will kick off at 8:00 AM, with packet pickup starting 30 minutes prior. Each participant will receive a themed finisher medal, and we encourage everyone to get into the spirit by wearing a costume for a chance to win the Best Costume award! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking to enjoy a day out with family and friends, the Luau event is the perfect way to engage with the community, earn points towards the US Road Running Race Series, and enjoy the scenic routes that Danville has to offer. Don’t miss out on this vibrant celebration of health, community, and giving back!

THIS IS YOUR CLUB PRESIDENT. I AM SITTING IN FLORIDA THINKING ABOUT HOW WE CAN HELP WITH HURRICANE HELENE AS A CLUB. WE HAVE SEVERAL RACES THIS SATURDAY. WE ARE GOING TO DONATE $1 FROM EVERY RUNNER TO THE AMERICAN RED CROSS AND ALSO ADD A DONATE BUTTON TO EACH RACE REGISTRATION FOR THIS SATURDAY. PLEASE HELP BY CLICKING THE DONATE BUTTON. 100% OF THE DONATION WILL GO TO THE AMERICAN RED CROSS.
