This vibrant event, set in the scenic Mt. Vernon/Ft. Hunt area, features a fast and flat triathlon course perfect for young athletes. As the first of four races in this annual series, participants will have the chance to compete in various distances tailored for different age groups.
For the spirited 6-10 year-olds, the race includes a swim of 50 meters, a bike ride of 1.45 miles, and a run of 0.55 miles. Meanwhile, the 11-15 year-olds will tackle a more challenging course with a 150-meter swim, a 4.35-mile bike ride, and a 1.10-mile run. This is a fantastic opportunity for young athletes to showcase their skills, meet new friends, and enjoy the thrill of competition! Organiser's Description
A fast and flat youth triathlon course in the Mt. Vernon/Ft. Hunt area. This is the fourth annual Lucky Coin race based out of Stratford Recreation Association's pool and parking lot. Three more races coming this summer. Register now to guarantee your athlete receives a race t-shirt. We will order a few extra of the most popular sizes for late registrations.
