Organiser's Description
This is a 5K Run or Walk to raise money for those still recovering from hurricanes Helene and Milton in NC. The hurricanes hit landfall in Florida and proceeded north up to Virginia with the Asheville area hit hardest. 250,000 houses were destroyed or damaged in the NC area! This was the worst hurricane since Catrina. People are still struggling. Proceeds will go to the Lumbee Tribe of NC LET'S RUN FOR A CAUSE!
The Terrapin Trail goes along the beautiful Chesapeake Bay. Enjoy the after event party with a live band at the Kent Island Yacht Club.
