Both distances come with exciting opportunities for awards, including medals for the first 100 finishers and recognition for the top three runners in various age divisions.
But that's not all! Get ready to indulge your sweet tooth with the unique Donut Dash, a quick 70-yard sprint where each finisher receives a delicious donut courtesy of the Maumelle Fraternal Order of Police. Plus, this year, we’re excited to announce that pancakes and bacon will be waiting for you at the finish line! Registration is just $25 online and $35 on race day, so don’t miss out on this fantastic community event. Organiser's Description
Please join us on Saturday, April 26th for the second annual Maumelle Charter Falcon Family 5k, 1 mile, and Donut Dash. $25 online registration. $35 after Registration deadline and day of race. Packet pickup will be at Lake Willastien park (Stage) from 5-7pm on Friday 4/25/25. Additonally, Packet pickup will be the morning of the race starting at 7am.
This year we are working to have pancakes and bacon served at the finish line!
-5k will do a clockwise loop and a half around the park. Aid stations near mile one, two, and three.
1 mile route will be one clockwise loop around the lake.
The event will be held at Lake Willastien. Race start and finish will be near the pavilion.
First 100 finishers will be given a finisher's medal. We will not have a T shirt this year.
Awards for top 3 runners in male and female 5k division and the One mile Division.
Awards for top 3 in Age Division, Male and Female; 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
The Donut Dash will be 70ish yards. Each finisher will get a donut provided by the Maumelle Fraternal Order of Police. Winner will get the "Supreme Grand Champion" trophy.
The Virtual run is free of charge and open to those who want to participate but cannot make it to the event. No awards or medals given.
