Set in the picturesque Lake Willastien in Pulaski, this vibrant community event promises a day filled with fun and fitness for the whole family. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to enjoy the outdoors, you can choose between the exhilarating 5K race, a scenic 1-mile loop around the lake, or the whimsical Donut Dash, where every finisher receives a delicious donut from the Maumelle Fraternal Order of Police!
Registration is just $25 online, increasing to $35 on the day of the race, so be sure to secure your spot early. Participants can look forward to a festive atmosphere with pancakes and bacon served at the finish line, and the first 100 finishers will proudly receive a finisher's medal. Awards will be presented to the top three runners in both the male and female 5K and 1-mile divisions, along with age group awards. Organiser's Description
Please join us on Saturday, April 26th for the second annual Maumelle Charter Falcon Family 5k, 1 mile, and Donut Dash. $25 online registration. $35 after Registration deadline and day of race. Packet pickup will be at Lake Willastien park (Stage) from 5-7pm on Friday 4/25/25. Additionally, Packet pickup will be the morning of the race starting at 7am.
This year we will have pancakes and bacon served at the finish line!
-5k will do a clockwise loop and a half around the park. Aid stations near mile one, two, and three.
1 mile route will be one clockwise loop around the lake.
The event will be held at Lake Willastien. Race start and finish will be near the pavilion.
First 100 finishers will be given a finisher's medal. T Shirt window is closed.
Awards for top 3 runners in male and female 5k division and the One mile Division.
Awards for top 3 in Age Division, Male and Female; 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
The Donut Dash will be 45-70ish yards. The start line is a mystery. Each finisher will get a donut provided by the Maumelle Fraternal Order of Police. Winner will get the "Supreme Grand Champion" trophy.
The Virtual run is free of charge and open to those who want to participate but cannot make it to the event. No awards or medals given.
