This year, the event has transformed into an all-virtual run/walk, allowing participants to enjoy the thrill of the race from their favorite locations while supporting an important cause. Whether you choose to run the 5K or join the fun with the 1 Mile Fun Run, you'll be contributing to Bay High School's mental health and wellness programs, learning environments, and student leadership training initiatives.
Registration kicks off early at 7:30 AM, with the 1 Mile Fun Run starting at 8:30 AM, followed by the 5K Run/Walk at 9:00 AM. Participants can pick up their race packets, which include a stylish t-shirt and post-race refreshments, at Bay High School on May 23 from 4 PM to 7 PM. Let's make this the best May in Bay yet by running for a cause and embracing the spirit of community!

MAY IN BAY 5K RACE UPDATE: MOVING TO VIRTUAL 5K
In light of recent events, Bay High PTSA and the May in Bay 5K Committee have decided to change the Saturday, May 24, 2025 event to an all-virtual run/walk.
The in-person race was scheduled to be held this Saturday morning, May 24, 2025, the May In Bay 5K Team thought the decision to change to an all-virtual run/walk would best serve the Bay Village community.
Packet pick-up will remain this Friday, May 23 from 4-7 p.m. at Bay High School where you may pick up your race shirt and items from our sponsors. If you need to make alternate arrangements, please email [email protected].
The May in Bay 5K supports the Bay High School PTSAs mental health and wellness programs, learning environments and student leadership training. In recent weeks, we have seen first hand how these initiatives have supported our Bay High School community.
We greatly thank you for your support, and we encourage you to complete your race, whether this Saturday or another day, safely, at a location of your choosing.
