Throughout the month, participants will collectively strive to walk, run, or bike for an inspiring total of 21,200 minutes—double the number of transplants performed over the last 25 years at Mayo Clinic Arizona. This special endeavor not only celebrates the lives of over 10,600 patients and their families who have been impacted by organ donation but also provides hope for the more than 100,000 individuals still awaiting transplants. Registration is free, and everyone is encouraged to track their activities online. Join us in this uplifting journey to say "thank you" to donors, support transplant recipients, and inspire others to make a difference through donor registration. Let's come together to honor lives transformed by donation and promote a brighter future for those in need!

APRIL IS NATIONAL DONATE LIFE MONTH, A TIME DEDICATED TO HONORING ORGAN, EYE, AND TISSUE DONORS WHILE RAISING AWARENESS, ENCOURAGING DONOR REGISTRATION, AND PROVIDING HOPE FOR THE OVER 100,00 PATIENTS STILL AWAITING TRANSPLANT. OVER THE LAST 25 YEARS, MAYO CLINIC ARIZONA HAS WALKED ALONGSIDE MORE THAN 10,600 PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES DURING THEIR TRANSPLANT JOURNEYS. THIS LIFE-SAVING WORK IS ONLY POSSIBLE THROUGH THE SELFLESS SACRIFICE OF DONORS.
TO CELEBRATE AND HONOR THESE DONORS, WE ARE HOSTING A VIRTUAL GIFT OF LIFE HONOR WALK THROUGHOUT APRIL.
