Join us for the 4th Annual Run for Our Heroes 5K on Saturday, April 26th, 2025, in the vibrant community of Old Bridge, Middlesex! This exciting event celebrates our local heroes while promoting health and wellness within the community. Race day festivities kick off at 7 AM with registration, followed by the 5K run at 8 AM. Participants can pick up their bibs the day before at the Municipal Complex from 5-7 PM.
Be among the first 300 registrants to secure a special T-shirt, while all other participants will receive a medal for their efforts. With age group awards spanning from 0-14 to 70+, there’s a chance for everyone to shine! RACE DAY REGISTRATION OPENS AT 7 AM
RACE TIME: 8:00 AM
AWARDS CEREMONY TO FOLLOW
T-Shirts are available for the first 300 registrations. Anyone who registers after the first 300 will receive only a medal.
Age group awards will be: 0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
All Proceeds go to local first responders and veterans.
