The 5K Walk/Run starts at 7 A.M. from the circle drive in front of the Hettenhausen Center for the Arts, followed by the fun-filled Kids' Dash, a 150-meter sprint that begins around 8:15 A.M. Participants of all ages are encouraged to register early to secure their event t-shirt and finisher medal! With an affordable entry fee of $35 for adults, $20 for McKendree students, and $15 for kids, this event promises great value and plenty of fun. Plus, awards will be presented to the Overall Male and Female Winners as well as the top participant in each age division. Kick off McKendree University's Homecoming & Family Weekend at the RISE AND SHINE 5K RUN/WALK & KIDS DASH! Enjoy a fun course through McKendree University's campus and historic downtown Lebanonperfect for runners, walkers, and future Bearcats alike.
* 7 A.M. - 5K Walk/Run starting line will be located at the circle drive in front of the Hettenhausen Center for the Arts.
* 8:15 A.M. (Approximately) - The Kids' Dash (150 meter) will take place at the conclusion of the 5K Walk/Run around the circle drive in front of the Hettenhausen Center for the Arts. Participants will receive a t-shirt and participant medal!
Sign-up by September 26th to be guaranteed a t-shirt and finisher medal!
Early packet pickup will be October 6th - 8th from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Hills Clubhouse at McKendree University (1015 Belleville Ave., Lebanon, IL).
Day of check-in for race and walk-up participants should go to purple tent in center of the Hett cirlce drive.
Parking will be in lot H for this event. Participants will need to walk to starting line/area.
