The 29th Annual Med City Marathon is back in 2025! We are back and working to make the Rochester community come alive with the annual Med City Marathon, presented by Active PT, One of the Midwests premier race event weekends. NEW FINISH LINE IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN ROCHESTER!
Weekend events include: Boston Qualifier/USATF certified Marathon, Marathon Relay (2 or 4 person teams), GPC Half Marathon, Altra 5K, Kids Race, and the Med City Health & Fitness Expo.

With a newer course and brand new finish line, the Full Marathon is now a PR course for Boston Qualifying runners. Shuttle buses will drop runners off at the start line near the RTS Airport. Runners will work their way down to the center of Rochester, passing through country roads to the Zumbro River trail system that cuts through tree lined neighborhoods and parks and city center. Finish right in the heart of downtown Rochester into our brand new finish line party! USATF certified marathon course -
