Get ready for an exciting day of running at the Medal Madness 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon taking place on Saturday, September 6th, 2025, at Baseline Trailhead Park in Ocala, Florida! This vibrant event promises a fantastic atmosphere for runners of all levels, featuring a paved course that showcases the beautiful scenery of Marion County.
The race kicks off at 8:00 AM, with packet pickup starting 30 minutes before and ending 10 minutes prior to the start. Participants can choose from three challenging distances: the 5K, which is an out-and-back course completed once; the 10K, which tackles the same course twice; and the Half Marathon, offering four loops of the out-and-back route. With a generous time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes, there’s plenty of time for everyone to enjoy the run and soak in the camaraderie of fellow racers. Don't forget to dress your best, as there will be awards for the best costume! Join us for a memorable race day filled with fun, fitness, and fabulous finisher medals!
