Organiser's Description
This year our special brand of seasonal nonsense is being held in Fairport with the Halloween-themed Scarrier Games on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. The Triphammer Bierworks is hosting the shennangans and game day check in will open at 5:30pm and the Games will start promptly at 6:00pm.
Teams of 5 or more will work together to complete challenges and acquire checkpoints within a set time limit. Half scavenger hunt, half adventure race, extra nonsense, total fun!
Only Team Captains are required to register for their team, please be sure to include the Team Name and Team Captain contact information. The Captain will be required to have all team participants sign the waiver form at the Scarrier Games check-in on game day. The Team Captain will also be required to have their cell phone on them at all times during the Games.
Dont have a team? No problem, Sign up as a Free Agent and we will get you on a team.
Game Rules:
A choose your own adventure scavenger hunt, runners will earn points by visiting various locations and completing challenges.You will receive the scavenger hunt list and area map at Scarrier Games check-in on game day.To claim your points for each location/challenge, you must post a picture of your entire team at a designated location and post to the Medved Running Walking Outfitters Group Facebook Group. Please make sure you are a member of this group prior to game day!Posts are eligible to earn you points between the designated race time. Any posts after this time will not count.All participants are required to follow traffic, and pedestrian, regulations at all times.Headlamps Reflective gear are required to participate.
Bonus Points:
Earn bonus points by bringing an item to be donated to Verona Street Animal Shelter. Animal Services Wish ListEarn bonus points by dressing up in Halloween costume!Additional bonus point opportunities will be announced
