Aspires community-wide race and wellness event, designed to reduce stigma and raise awareness about mental health, is coming up on September 19 the Mental Health Matters 5K! This family friendly event has both 5K and 1 Mile course options.

My favorite venue to run at. The routes take you through the villages of the early settlers of Connor Prairie. Dressing up as a super hero for adults and kids adds to the fun. Perfect family event with a bounce house, face painting, free caricature drawings, food,music etc. Truly an amazing experience for the family and great way to support the Inshape program at Aspire Indiana Health !

Been at this race for multiple years. Such a fun atmosphere, great people, and participating for a good cause. What's not to love?!?! Awesome experience for both runners looking for a unique course and those wanting an enjoyable family walk through beautiful scenery.

This is a really fun race. The course is beautiful and fairly flat, so if you want to go for a PR it is doable. If you want to have fun and run/walk with your family it is good for that too.
