5K RUN/WALK (PARTICIPATION FEE)
START THE DAY WITH A 5K RUN OR WALK ON THE BAY TRAIL AT SEAL POINT PARK! Strollers and dogs are welcome with mindfulness to other participants. Race T-shirt included in registration.
After the 5K Run/Walk, attend our FREE Wellness Fair at Seal Point Park starting at 9:00 am to enjoy wellness activities like yoga and painting, food trucks, and explore local wellness exhibitors.

During registration, you will be asked the question: "Would you like to join or create a Group/Team?" Select Yes.
Choose the Group Name you would like to join.
METHOD 2
On the event page, navigate to the menu tab labeled More. Select Group/Teams.
You will see a list of active groups. If you see the name of the group you want to join, click the green Join button. You will then be asked to register for the race to join the group.
