Mesa Marathon

Start Time: 6:30 AM

The Mesa Marathon has a beautiful race course that begins below the large white Phoenix sign painted on Usery Mountain. Marathon runners will experience nearly 1,000 feet of net elevation loss in this fast Boston Qualifier. The race has thousands of parking spots available around the finish at Riverview Park. Marathon runners will enjoy the diverse scenery from cactus desert to spectacular views of the Phoenix Valley from N. Usery Pass Rd.

The Half Marathon has a beautiful race course that begins on the corner of McDowell and Norwalk. The course descends down to Riverview Park. Half marathon runners will experience nearly 200 feet of net elevation loss in this gentle downhill route that is great for a first time half marathon. Half Marathon runners will enjoy the diverse scenery from the desert vistas down to the beautiful citrus groves.

The Mesa 10K has a beautiful race course that begins at Fitch Park and winds through historic downtown Mesa. The route quickly enters the marathon and half marathon route, and boasts the same exciting finish line at Riverview Park. This Arizona 10K offers an easy course for beginners. The 10K finish is only about 10 minutes away from the airport in Phoenix. 10K runners will receive the highest level of treatment on our well-staffed route.

Start Time: 12:00 Noon

The Amazon Kids 1K at the Mesa Marathon is a free non-timed race for children 12 and under. Participation is limited to the first 500 registrants on a first-come, first-served basis. All participants will receive a finisher ribbon, finisher certificate, shirt, and race bib. Shirt sizes are not guaranteed to any registrants who sign up after January 25, 2025.

Amazon Kids 1K runners are encouraged to pick up their packets at the Amazon Kid's Zone at the Mesa Marathon Expo. The Expo & Packet Pickup will be held on Friday, February 7th, 2025 from 9:00am to 6:00pm at a location TBD. Although it is discouraged, race packets may alternatively be picked up on race day between 10:00am and 11:30am at the Amazon Kids 1K start line.
