Join UM Health-West on July 22 for the annual Metro Way 5K and our brand-new West Fest! The Metro Way 5K & West Fest presented by LMCU is a family-friendly event designed to bring the whole community together for one memorable day.
This year were introducing West Fest, a festival-style experience for children and families to enjoy both during and after the race. With food trucks, live music, inflatables, and lots of hands-on activities, West Fest will provide plenty of entertainment and fun for all ages.
Funds raised through this years Metro Way 5K & West Fest will support UM Health-Wests Emergency Department Nurses. Your participation helps lift up our amazing caregivers, who go the extra mile for patients and their families every day.

You can run or walk the 5K. Its perfect for all paces!
Virtual 5K:
Run or walk on your own time, wherever you would like!
YMCA Youth Races
Kids can join in on the fun, too, with our YMCA Youth Races held right before the 5K.
