Join us for the highly anticipated MHRRC Summer BBQ & Fun Run on Friday, August 14th, 2026, in the beautiful Pleasant Valley, Dutchess County. This family-friendly event features a FREE kids' 1/2 mile fun run for children aged 12 and under, starting at 6:00 PM, and an engaging adult Scavenger Hunt Fun Run, which kicks off at 5:15 PM. Enjoy the thrill of competition while exploring the scenic surroundings of James Baird State Park, located at 184 Clubhouse Road.
After the fun runs, gather for a delicious FREE BBQ featuring hamburgers, hot dogs, sides, and refreshing water, making it a perfect way to celebrate a day filled with activity and community spirit. Don't forget to register in advance so we can prepare for a fantastic turnout. Bring your family, friends, and enthusiasm for a memorable evening under the sun!

Join us for our 4th annual MHRRC Summer BBQ & Fun Run. This event will have a FREE kids (ages 12 and under) 1/2 mile fun run starting at 6:00 pm and a FREE adult Scavenger Hunt Fun Run (not a race) starting at 5:15 pm with a FREE BBQ immediately after.

ADULT SCAVENGER HUNT FUN RUN @ 5:15 PM - ALL ABILITIES WELCOME! PRIZES FOR WINNERS!
BBQ IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE KID'S FUN RUN. WE WILL PROVIDE HAMBURGERS, HOT DOGS, SIDES AND WATER. PLEASE BYOB.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REGISTER (THIS ENTIRE EVENT IS FREE) SO THAT WE CAN HAVE AN APPROXIMATE HEAD COUNT.
