Join us for the inaugural MHS Band Monster Dash 5K on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at McEwen Dixie League Park in McEwen, TN. This exciting event will support the McEwen High School Band by raising funds for new instruments, sound equipment, show designs, and personalized instruction. The 5K race will kick off at 9:00am with a scenic route through the beautiful countryside of McEwen. Participants will receive a t-shirt and medal, with awards ceremony and a costume contest to follow. Don't miss out on this opportunity to support a great cause and have a spooktacular time! Register before October 1, 2024, to secure your t-shirt and medal. If you can't make it to the event, donations are also welcomed to help us reach our fundraising goal. Organiser's Description
The first annual Monster Dash 5K will be hosted Saturday October 26, 2024 at McEwen Dixie League Park in McEwen, TN. All proceeds from this event will go towards the purchase of new instruments, sound equipment, show designs, and personalized instruction for the McEwen High School Band.
The race will start at 9:00am and there is no time limit on when you can finish! The scenic 3.1 mile (Approximate!) looped route will take you down Trace Creek Rd, around Pittle Warren Rd, turning onto Fortner Rd, and ending back at the McEwen Dixie League Park.
Every participant will receive a t-shirt and medal. T-shirts & medals are not guaranteed if you register after October 1, 2024.

Contest for best costume after the race! Please dress up in your best Halloween costumes!
If you are unable to participate in the event, but still want to help us reach our goal, we are accepting donations as well!
