Our FREE youth and junior combine and skills clinic events let youth and teens experience all three sports with expert coaching, skill-building, baseline benchmarking, and tons of encouragement.
Whether youre brand new to the sport of triathlon or already having run TRI-ing, youll learn new skills, meet other athletes your age, and discover your potential.
A typical session includes:
- warm up, run skills, and a baseline run
- swim skills, technique, and benchmark
- transition walk through
- outdoor bike skills and combine
- indoor cycling benchmark (11+)
- mini events
