Participants can choose between two fantastic racing formats. The Community Miles, held throughout the afternoon, feature chip-timed results and instant finish times, providing a relaxed atmosphere perfect for families and youth runners aged 14 and under. With rolling wave starts every 15 minutes, you can easily jump into the next race if you miss your start time. As the sun sets, the competitive heats kick off with fully automatic timing and seeded races, including elite sections for both men and women.

The Mile High Mile is back for its 8th seasonbringing a high-energy night of racing to Boulder for runners of all ages and abilities.
This year, were introducing a new format designed to make the event more accessible, more flexible, and more funwhether you're chasing a PR or just showing up to run a mile with your crew.
TWO WAYS TO RACE
1. COMMUNITY MILES (CHIP-TIMED) ALL AFTERNOON
Were opening the track to everyone.
* Open to all AGES AND ABILITIES, including youth runners (14 & under)
* CHIP-TIMED RESULTS WITH INSTANT FINISH TIMES
* PRINTED FINISHER CERTIFICATES to take home
* Rolling WAVE STARTS EVERY ~15 MINUTES
