Get ready for an unforgettable 2025 Miles for Myeloma Challenge event in support of The James! This event is packed with fun and excitement, offering four unique challenges that cater to all fitness levels and interests:

* 1 MILE WALK: Enjoy a leisurely stroll anywhere you like, anytime you want. It's a simple yet impactful way to participate.
* 5K RUN/WALK: Whether you're running or walking, this 5k challenge is perfect for those who love a bit of competition and a great workout.
* 7 LETTER CHALLENGE: Earn a new letter each day you go for a walk or run, and spell out "M-Y-E-L-O-M-A" to help defeat myeloma.
* 75 MILE CHALLENGE: Take on this epic journey as an individual or as part of a team. Starting at The James, the route loops around I-270 and back, offering a scenic and rewarding experience.

Participants have from the time they register until Sunday, September 28, 2025, to complete their chosen challenge. As part of your registration, you'll gain access to our online platform to record your achievements and track your progress.

EVENT T-SHIRTS

T-Shirts: Shirts will be ordered on September 1 to be delivered by September 30. Registrations received after September 1 can still receive a t-shirt if inventory is available, but delivery by the end of the month cannot be guaranteed.

COMMUNITY TEAMS

We want to encourage everyone to bring their friends, family, co-workers and neighbors to this event. When you do, create a "Community Support Team." During the registration process you can either register as an individual or as a team.

The first person to register will create the team, after that anyone can be invited to join the team. To make it fun, create your team shirts and banners to show your support.
