Get ready to run for a great cause at the Annual 5K hosted by the all-volunteer Millburn-Short Hills Volunteer First Aid Squad!
Whether you're chasing a personal record, walking with friends, or showing support for your community, this event brings neighbors together for an unforgettable morning in beautiful South Mountain Reservation.

The course features a scenic, paved route beginning on Glen Avenue and winding through the reservation with a gradual climb to South Orange Avenue before a fast downhill return to the finish.
More than just a race, this event helps raise awareness for the lifesaving work of the First Aid Squad, supports our mission of serving the community, and encourages new volunteers to get involved.
Every registration helps support the emergency medical services our volunteer team provides to the Millburn and Short Hills community 24/7.

Official chip timing will be provided, and results will be posted following the race. We invite you, your family and friends to visit our Open House after the race at the First Aid Squad building located in the parking lot at 188 Glen Avenue. Guests will have the opportunity to tour the building and ambulances, meet our volunteers, and join us for breakfast. The 5K race will take place rain or shine. -
