Organiser's Description
Founded in 2016, the Mississippi Gulf Coast Marathon, a Coastal Running Fest, showcases the local culture with a beautiful beachside run from Pass Christian to Biloxi. Kick off the weekend in Biloxi for Packet Pickup and grab some commemorative merchandise to celebrate your accomplishment. Saturday morning is our Chevron Kids Marathon 1 Mile Run and the Margaritaville 5K both held at Margaritaville Resort - Biloxi. Join us inside MGM Stadium Saturday afternoon for the F.E.B. Grand Slam Beer Mile and Beer Mile Relays! Sunday starts as the sun rises over the Gulf for the Full & Half Marathons along the coast. Runners who run the 5K on Saturday as a warm-up to the Sunday races earn the coveted Double Down challenge medal. The weekend culminates with at the finish line inside MGM Stadium with a Finish Festival complete with hot food, cold beer, and watching runners cross the finish line on the jumbotron.

OPENS SOONThe Mississippi Gulf Coast Marathon course features a fast, flat, BQ-friendly path along the coast from Pass Christian to Biloxi. The course is a USATF Certified Boston Qualifier route and offers unobstructed beach views and takes you past some of the coasts most historic and beautiful homes. Runners must complete the course in 6 hours. That is a 13:45/mile pace. -

While the Mississippi Gulf Coast Half Marathon may only be half the distance, its all the fun you need with 13.1 miles of unobstructed beach views. Runners must complete the course in 6 hours.
