This exciting race kicks off at 10:00 AM, with packet pickup starting at 9:00 AM. The course features a unique out-and-back layout on a grassy runway, ensuring a refreshing running experience as participants take on the challenge of a small loop near the end.
Runners will be greeted with a supportive atmosphere, complete with snacks like fig bars and bananas, bottled water, and custom medals for the top male and female finishers. Not only will you enjoy a fantastic race day, but your participation will also support a great cause, as all proceeds go towards expanding aviation education and providing scholarships for future aviators. THE COURSE WILL BE HELD AT THE TRIPLE TREE AERODROME ON THE RUNWAY THAT TRAVELS OUT AND BACK WITH A SMALL LOOP NEAR THE END OF THE RUNWAY. IT'S AN OUT AND BACK COURSE, ENDING ON AN UPHILL. THE WHOLE COURSE IS ON GRASS.
We're monitoring the heat index, and may make a decision to postpone the race. Final decision will be made at least one week prior to raceday.
T-Shirts will be available for sale for $25 on raceday.
Medals will be provided to top male finisher and top female finisher.
We will provide snacks and water! There will be fig bars, bananas, and bottled water.
