Organiser's Description
Welcome to the moove edition of the Firefighter Workout Challenge, a program of the FCL (Firefighter Challenge League).
* This event starts on November 3rd, 2025, and is open to firefighters from anywhere in the world!
* This edition is a 'team' competition.
* Teams must be comprised of five (5) firefighters!
* This is a virtual fitness competition utilizing the moove app.
* Team members will be emailed download instructions to the moove app, including a unique code that places them into the correct league.
* Teams will compete in head-to-head matchups weekly with another team in their moove league.
* Win enough and your team moves up in the standings as do your chances of making playoffs where only one team in each league will be named champ.
* Round one is four (4) weeks long. You and your team members will earn points by simply doing most of the things you currently do for exercise, including surfing, running, yoga, rowing, gym routines, and more than 200 other activities.
* After the four (4) week period the top teams in each league will advance to the two (2) week playoffs to determine the grand champions.
