Get ready for a fantastic day of community spirit and healthy fun at the 13th Annual Mount Aviat Academy 5K & Sister Walk on Sunday, April 19th, 2026! This exciting event kicks off at 9:15 am in Elkton, Cecil, promising an energetic atmosphere for participants of all ages. Whether you're a seasoned runner or a casual walker, join us for this invigorating 5K challenge or take part in the Sister Walk to support a great cause.
Pre-register now for just $30 per person or grab a family 4-pack for $100 to enjoy pre-registration pricing, which includes a race t-shirt (available only until March 20, 2026). On race day, registration will be available for $35, but t-shirts will not be included. Race participants will have the chance to win exciting prizes in our raffle, and trophies will be awarded for overall male and female winners, as well as for the top three finishers in each age group. Register now to receive pre-registration pricing which includes a race t-shirt. Pre-registration pricing is $30 per person, or $100 for a family 4-pack. T-shirts are not guaranteed after 3/20/26. Day of registration is $35 per person and does not include a t-shirt. Additional shirts can be purchased online for $10 per shirt during the pre-registration period. Overall male and female trophies will be awarded as well as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for each age grouping. The awards ceremony and refreshments will be held in the gym immediately following the race. Each race participant will be entered into a raffle to win prizes at the awards ceremony. Mass will take place before the race at 8:00 am at Holy Family Hall, located at the school. Packet pickup is in the school gym starting at 7:45 am.
Race proceeds will support the continued development of the newly created playscape. All students have access to the area and have thoroughly enjoyed using it so far.
