Get ready to lace up your running shoes and rock out at the MS Run and Rock Fest on Sunday, July 6, 2025, in Milwaukee! This vibrant event combines miles of running with live music and a spirit of community, all in support of those living with multiple sclerosis. Participants can choose from two exciting race distances: the adventurous No Rules Run, a 16-mile journey with no official course—perfect for runners, walkers, bikers, or even roller skaters; and the Rock the Loop, a 1-mile challenge where you can tackle as many laps as possible within two hours on a closed course at Hart Park.

Families will love the Kids Fun Run, a fun-packed 1/4-mile loop designed for children aged 8 and under, making it a fantastic day for everyone! Starting and finishing at the Hart Park Rotary Pavilion, this event promises a lively atmosphere with pumping music and plenty of cheer from fans. With delicious treats from local vendors and a friendly vibe, the MS Run and Rock Fest is more than just a race—it's a celebration of community, resilience, and fun! WELCOME TO THE MS RUN AND ROCK FEST!

A high-voltage party of miles, music, and community all coming together to support those living with multiple sclerosis.

Join us for an unforgettable day where every step makes a difference. The MS Run & Rock Fest features two running challenges, a kid fun run, rockin music and family-friendly fun for all. Lets rock and rally for those living with MS!



MALE SIGN CHOOSE YOUR CHALLENGE:


NO RULES RUN - 16 MILES

No Route. No Rules. No Problem. No official course, no restrictions, no frills just 16 miles, you and the open road.

Start at Mama Ds: Waukesha and make your way to the finish line at Hart Park Rotary Pavillion in Wauwatosa. Run, walk, bike, roller skate, or even cartwheel you own this challenge!

Note: This is a point-to-point event. Solo or relay teams welcome. We will provide a recommended course and a half way point aid station.

ROCK THE LOOP - 1 MILE CHALLENGE

How many laps can you crush in 2 hours? Run, walk, or roll as many 1-mile loops as you can on a closed course at Hart Park in Wauwatosa.

Go solo or team up for a relay-style challenge. Theres one aid station at the start/finish to keep you going and pumpin music on the Rotary stage to power every mile.

Note: There will be no chip timing. Each individual or team will track of their laps on a board at the start/finish line.

Family and fans are welcome to cheer you on in this fun, inclusive, and family-friendly event.

KIDS FUN RUN - 1/4 MILE LOOP

Let the little rockstars shine! Kids 8 and under are invited to rock around the stage for a 1/4 -mile loop around the Rotary Pavilion. Its short, sweet, and packed with fun. Fun Run starts at 9:15am. FREE!

Whether youre aiming for a personal best or just in it for the party, this event is built for all levels and all abilities.

    The No Rules Run is a 16-mile relay run with no limits! No official course, no aid stations, no team size limit, no frills. Check in. Run. Have fun. Why would you even do this? Race medals, chip timing, road officials, aid stations and all of that awesome stuff doesnt contribute towards what we really want to do TO GIVE BACK. We use the registration fees to give directly back to those living with MS and in need. In return, you will get is a custom STOP MS pint glass, a kick ass finish party, and a really good feeling in your heart. So what is this race? The ultimate DIY running experience! Provide yourself (solo or team) with navigation, hydration - and encouragement! - as you make your way from Mama Ds in Waukesha to the finish line at Rotary Pavilion at Hart Park in Wauwatosa. Solo or teams. The miles are yours any way you want them. Run all the miles SOLO or create a TEAM - with as many or little relay team members can join. Crew your team any way you like - swap out runners on the course anytime and dont forget to bring your cowbells! No team is too big or too small (hey, youre crewing yourself after all). Relay day check in is at Mama Ds between 7:15am 9:15am. Check in, then make your way to the finish line. Start times are determined by pace and projected finish time. See registration for details.
