JOIN US ON A SATURDAY, 9/14 FOR A 5K RUN OR WALK THROUGH MOUNT ST. JOSEPH UNIVERSITY AND SURROUNDING CAMPUS.

COURSE:
5 Kilometer course winds through the campus of the Mount St. Joseph University and the Sisters of Charity Motherhouse.
DIVISIONS:
19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over
AWARDS RECOGNITION:
Overall Male and Female winners and Top male and female performers in each age category will receive an award.
PRE-RACE ACTIVITIES:
Pre-race music and entertainment starting at 8:00 a.m.
POST RACE CELEBRATION:
Immediately following the race, refreshments, stretching, massage and entertainment will be available

YOUTH 17 AND UNDER, SENIORS 65 AND OVER, MSJ STUDENTS, FACULTY, STAFF AND ALUMNI

Registration includes chip timing, T-shirt, awards, and pre/post events. After 9/1, T-shirts are included WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
T-SHIRTS:
All participants registered before September 1st will receive a commemorative race t-shirt with their registration. You must be signed up prior to 8/25/24 to be guaranteed a shirt. Registrations after 8/25/24 will receive a shirt WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
NOTE: ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE TO BE DONE ONLINE INCLUDING RACE DAY.
NO SWEAT OPTION:
