This vibrant event kicks off at 8:30 AM at Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Participants can enjoy a scenic 5K run or walk that winds through the beautiful campus and the nearby Sisters of Charity Motherhouse.
Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to enjoy a leisurely stroll, this event welcomes everyone! There are various age divisions for participants aged 19 and under to over 80, with awards for overall male and female winners as well as top performers in each category. Pre-race festivities begin at 8:00 AM with music and entertainment to get everyone pumped up. After crossing the finish line, join the post-race celebration featuring refreshments, stretching, and even massages! Don’t miss out on the chance to be part of this community celebration while supporting a great cause. Be sure to register online to secure your spot and, if you register before September 1, you’ll also receive a commemorative race t-shirt!

JOIN US ON A SATURDAY, 9/20 FOR A 5K RUN OR WALK THROUGH MOUNT ST. JOSEPH UNIVERSITY AND SURROUNDING CAMPUS.

COURSE:
5 Kilometer course winds through the campus of the Mount St. Joseph University and the Sisters of Charity Motherhouse.

19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and over 80
AWARDS RECOGNITION:
Overall Male and Female winners and Top male and female performers in each age category will receive an award.
PRE-RACE ACTIVITIES:
Pre-race music and entertainment starting at 8:00 a.m.
POST RACE CELEBRATION:
Immediately following the race, refreshments, stretching, massage and entertainment will be available

All participants registered before September 1st will receive a commemorative race t-shirt with their registration. You must be signed up prior to 9/1/25 to be guaranteed a shirt. Registrations after 9/1/25 will receive a shirt WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
